About us

Origin

Braddick was founded by Will Roberts as an independent consultancy providing organisations the support they need to explore, understand and manage uncertainty by working together. With a focus on the betterment of humankind through the application of science, technology and the arts, we bring a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the problem space, developing solutions and making the decisions needed to move forward.

Tool Box

To help you, we use a variety of methods to develop insights and solve problems, taking inspiration from the worlds of human centred design, futures and foresight, service design, continuous improvement, technology and innovation management, operations analysis and systems mapping. Blended together, we find a solution that works for you.

Values

When working with others, we believe in openness, candour, inclusion and ensuring people have fun, develop, and believe in what they are working towards. We believe in making things a reality, low-fi prototyping and small meaningful experiments.

“Is that really the least you can do?”

Process

Not every problem is the same. Particularly the important ones. We’ll work with you to understand your world and develop an approach that will work for you and your team. If there’s a simple way forward that works, we’ll find it.

People

To maintain our adaptability, right now, our work is delivered through partnerships and collaborations with people across our network. If you’re interested in what we do, let us know you exist and we’ll go from there…
